You'll get an email with a secure link to your proofreading page.
View your article PDF, answer editor queries, and submit any corrections.
Receive your invoice, transfer payment, and upload proof of payment.
Once confirmed, your article will be published in the journal.
The token is included in the proofreading invitation email sent to you by the editor. You can also use the direct link provided in the email — no need to copy the token manually.
Open your proofreading page using the link or token. You can view the PDF, click on the document to pin corrections, describe each issue, and attach replacement images if needed. Once all editor queries are answered, click "Submit Corrections".
After your corrections are processed, you will receive an invoice via email. The invoice includes bank transfer details. Transfer the amount, then upload your payment proof (screenshot or receipt) on the invoice page. The editor will confirm your payment.
Proofreading links have an expiration date set by the editor. If your link has expired, please contact the journal editor to request a new proofreading invitation.
